  • We know that some of the best weddings are in places far from home. We love to travel across the country and globe and have been lucky enough to capture weddings from Darwin to the Amalfi Coast. There is no additional charge for weddings within 50km from Melbourne, anywhere beyond this is $85p/h each way. Interstate and International weddings vary depending on location.

  • Lou Lou Memphis is a collective of 6 female photographers based in Melbourne and Italy.

  • We believe 8 hours should be enough time to capture most weddings however we understand each wedding is different which is why our packages begin at 6 hours and you can book up to 12. As a general guide we like to spend an hour with each of you for getting ready photos, followed by the ceremony and family photographs. For the bridal party and couples portraits we like to spend a minimum of 1 hour capturing these if possible and we recommend coverage until around 30 minutes - 1 hour after your last formality.

  • The number of images vary depending on the amount of time we are booked for. You will receive anywhere between 800 - 1200 final edited images for a full days coverage.

  • We like to keep our photographers together throughout the day when possible as each specializes in capturing different aspects of your wedding. While your lead photographer will focus on all the key moments from the day, the 2nd photographer will focus on all the candid moments, guests and details. Each wedding is different so we can be flexible when required.

  • We provide you with some sneak peaks within 48 hours, then you will receive your final colour graded and retouched images 10 weeks after the wedding day, If not sooner!

  • You will receive full resolution jpeg files on a custom made usb and private online gallery.

  • If your photographer is unable to attend your wedding due to an unforeseeable circumstance there are a few options that you have. We have been in this business for a while and have established some great relationships with some incredible photographers who we could put you in touch with. We also always work with 2 photographers on the day so If something were to occur at short notice there would definitely be at least one of us there to capture your day.   • We usually start around 3 hours before the ceremony and recommend coverage until roughly 9.30pm. Once you’re all booked in we work out a custom schedule to decide the best coverage for your day to ensure all the moments you want photographed are covered.

  • Absolutely! It is very important to meet with your photographer before the day, you will end up spending most of the day with us so it is important that you feel comfortable and get to know us. We also want to get to know you, so we can get a better understanding about the sort of couple you are, and how we can create the best possible images and reflection of the day. We usually schedule meetings with our couples around 8 weeks prior to the wedding.

  • If you would like to book us that's great news! We require a 20% booking fee to secure the date and the remainder of the payment is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

  • We do our best work as a team so we do not offer any packages with only 1 photographer. For international weddings we offer an elopement package which is for 1 photographer only however this is subject to availability.

  • As most people book their photographer well and truly before they have worked out the timeline for the wedding, it can be difficult to know which package is right for their day. Thats why we recommend just booking whatever you feel comfortable with to start, then after we meet at your pre wedding consultation 8 weeks before the day we can add or subtract hours If required.

  • Yes you get to choose who your lead photographer is on the day. They will be your main point of contact at your wedding, and will the one directing you. Your 2nd photographer is chosen by us and we will let you know who this is at your pre wedding consultation 8 weeks before you get married.

  • Yes. We offer custom designed wedding albums and a range of prints and frames. You can pre order one of our albums or print packages to receive a 20% discount, or you can order after your wedding easily via your own personalised print store that will be available once your photos are finished and uploaded to your online gallery.
